Careers Transition Assistance
Careers Transition Assistance helps mature-age job seekers, aged 45 years and over, explore job and career options, improve application and interview skills, and access jobs or training.
We provide a safe space where you can find the right career for you. We help you explore job options and relevant training, based your individual circumstances and your own life experiences.
Relevant, easy to use content
All our learning approaches are practical and based on the realities of navigating the world of work. We only use respectful and culturally appropriate content, designed to be easy to use and reflect on.
The training will be a mix of self-directed and group learning as appropriate, led by our skilled locally-based trainers. You will be supported to overcome transport and other barriers, such as childcare.
