Lucy Pullen

Moving from the UK to Australia in 2019, Lucy joined the Karen Sheldon Training team as Lead Course Coordinator of the Future Stars Pre-employment Program. She has since taken on the role of Operations Manager coordinating all accredited training and employment programs.

Lucy has extensive managerial experience working in roles throughout Europe, with a career that spans multiple industries, including Hospitality and Events, Retail, IT, Oil & Gas, Product Management & Marketing, and HR & Administration.

Lucy holds a BA Honors Degree in English Literature, Diploma in Leadership & Management, CIPD Diploma in HR Management, and REC Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing. She is currently working toward her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and Certificate IV in Business (Operations).
