About the Course
This skill set meets the Food Safety Standard 3.2.2A which requires certain food businesses to have a food safety supervisor.
This skill set is for food handling personnel or food safety supervisors working in tourism, hospitality and catering organisations with permanent or temporary kitchen premises, and smaller food preparation or bar areas.
Location: Saltbush Training, Gumbuya Room, 9 Nylander St, Parap, NT 0820
Duration: 8 hours (lunch and refreshment breaks, BYO lunch can be stored in fridge on site)
Pre learning: Complete 1.5 hour online EHA "I'm Alert" food safety course.(Please bring your certificate of completion to be handed to trainer on the day)
